Klientera delivers digital solutions (websites, sales pages, e-shops, web and mobile apps, automation). Every engagement includes a research phase: we identify the client's audience, their pain points and what actually moves the buying decision in their industry.

Specific business results (lead count, conversion rate, revenue) depend on many factors: product-market position, competition, marketing budget, quality of the offer, timing and more. Klientera does not guarantee specific numbers. We guarantee the research and the craft of building the project based on what it uncovered.

If, after the research phase, we conclude we're not a good fit for you (budget doesn't match, the problem is elsewhere, our know-how isn't enough), we refund the research-phase deposit minus documented time.

When you contact us via the form or calculator, we process your name, email, phone and the information you write to us. Processing is based on legitimate interest (contacting a prospect for our services).

We don't share data with third parties except the necessary processors: Resend (email), Supabase (database, EU region), Cal.com (call bookings, EU region). We have a Data Processing Agreement with each.

We keep data for at most 36 months from the last contact, longer if you're a Klientera customer or as required by law (invoices, accounting). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and portability. Send requests to info@klientera.com.

The site uses necessary technical cookies (language preference, admin login) and, with your consent, analytics cookies (PostHog, EU region). You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings in the page footer.

The specific terms of each engagement are set out in a Work Contract (or a Framework Agreement for long-term work), signed by the client before work starts. The fixed price is set after the research phase and sent within 48 hours of the first call.

Complaints and refunds are handled individually depending on the nature of the project. We communicate primarily by email at info@klientera.com.
