A custom website including the copy, hosting and SSL, maintenance, updates and edits. Plus the panel where you have your enquiries, payments and requests. We quote bigger changes upfront.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. The setup fee is $0 and the preview is free. When you like it, you confirm the order in an email or in the dashboard. You pay for the first month only from the launch of your website on your domain.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
No minimum term. The preview is free of obligation, it only becomes binding when you confirm your order. Cancel any time in the panel or by email, the service runs until the end of the month you have paid for and after that nothing more is charged. No penalties.
How long does it take?
You get your account by email right away. After we accept you (within 24 hours on working days) and have your materials (logo, photos, domain), we send the preview within 48 hours. We launch the website within 24 hours of your approval and payment. For an online shop it depends on the number of products, we give you the date upfront.
What do you need from me?
For the preview, your company name and a link to Instagram, Facebook or your current website are enough. We prepare the copy and photos. You can attach your logo and photos right in the form. The domain is only needed at launch.
What does the free preview look like?
A live website with your name on a temporary address. You open it on your phone and your computer. It is not a PDF or an image.

Are your websites templates?
No. We build every website around your business, your offer and your brand. Have a look at the examples above.
What happens to the website if I stop? Can I buy it?
The copy, photos and logo are always yours. After 12 months you can buy the website for a one-off $349 and take it anywhere. If you stop earlier, we switch the website off after the end of the month you have paid for.
How and when do I pay?
By card through Stripe, in your country's currency. The first payment is at the launch of your website on your domain, then the amount is charged automatically every month. Invoices are in the panel.
How do I get in touch with you?
The easiest way is to write: in the panel, by email or on Telegram. We usually reply within 1 working day. If you really need one, we can also book a call.
How does the website get changed when I need something?
You write what to change and get a confirmation that we have it. It can be a tweak or a new section, page or feature. Usual edits are included and done within 48 hours, for bigger ones we tell you the scope, the date and any price upfront. You see the status in the panel. You can also change copy and photos yourself in the editor.
Where do enquiries from the form go?
To your panel and to your email. You reply in one click, nothing gets lost. Enquiry tracking (stages, reminders, value and source) is included for free.
I already have a domain. Will it be transferred?
No, we do not transfer your domain. It stays with your registrar and in your name, we just point it to the new website.
Do I have to give you access to my domain?
No. You add 1 or 2 records at your registrar, we show you exactly which ones in the dashboard. If you prefer, we do it for you.
How long does connecting the domain take?
Usually minutes to a few hours after adding the records, 48 hours at most.
Will my email change?
No. Your email stays with your provider and works as before. We do not touch the email records.
Do you build online shops too? Why Shopify?
Yes, on Shopify for $179 a month. Shopify is reliable, payments and shipping work straight away, and the shop is on your account from day one. You pay the Shopify subscription separately, from €19 a month. Up to 500 products it is $179, from 501 to 2,000 products $233, and over 2,000 products from $350 a month (we confirm the price in a quote). Migration from another system is separate, from $456.
Can customers pay directly on my website?
Yes. The Payments and deposits on your website add-on ($11 a month, free setup) takes payment for a service up front, booking deposits and gift vouchers. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account and we take no commission.
How much do ads cost? Is the budget included?
Ad management comes in three packages: Start $59, Growth $119 and Pro $239 a month. The ad budget is not included, you pay it to Meta. You can start from just $5 a day, more is welcome.
Where do the ads run?
On Facebook and Instagram (Meta). By default on your own ad account, we have partner access and the account stays yours. You can see exactly what's in the packages for websites and for online stores on the Ads page.
What is the 4% agency account fee?
If you do not want or cannot have your own ad account (for example because Meta blocked your new one), the ads can run on our agency account, which has a history with Meta. You then pay the budget plus a 4% fee upfront by bank transfer as credit. When the credit runs out the ads stop, you never pay anything after the fact.
Do you make video ads too?
Yes, video ads in UGC style, made for your brand: $35 per video or 3 videos for $95. You approve every video and image before it goes live.
Do you guarantee a number of customers?
No, nobody can honestly guarantee that. What we can promise is a proper website, fast edits and ads we keep improving, and you see the results in the panel.
Is the website GDPR and cookie compliant?
Yes. The website gets a cookie banner and a privacy page. Analytics and ad pixels only start after the visitor agrees. Form data is seen only by you and us.
Can I pay several months in advance?
Yes. For 3, 6 or 12 months at once with 5% off the price. During the prepaid period neither side can cancel the subscription. We can end it only for a serious breach on your side, in a case of force majeure, or if we shut the service down completely for all clients (in the last two cases we refund the unused part proportionately). For longer cooperation we are happy to agree individual terms, just write to us. The details are in the terms and conditions.
What if I stop paying?
We send you a reminder and give you a month's grace, and your website stays online meanwhile. If the payment is not settled, we pause the service.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You own the domain, the content, texts, photos and, for a store, your Shopify shop. We own the template code and the system (our engine and the panel). We recommend registering the domain in your own name with your own registrar, and we guide you through the purchase step by step. If you prefer, we buy it for you and manage it. We transfer it to you free of charge at any time, you only pay the registrar's fees.
