Online shop: a new product in Shopify and a request for us

How to add a product yourself in Shopify, or let us add it using a template in the panel.

You can add products yourself directly in Shopify, or send us the material and we add them for you. Both are fine, choose whichever is more comfortable for you.

Yourself in Shopify

  1. Sign in to Shopify and click Products on the left.
  2. Click Add product.
  3. Fill in the Title and the Description. Write the description for the customer: what it is, who it is for and why.
  4. Under Media, upload photos. The first photo is the main one. Bright photos with the same aspect ratio work best.
  5. Fill in the Price. If the product is on sale, put the original price in Compare-at price.
  6. Under Inventory, enter the quantity in stock and, if you like, the product code (SKU).
  7. Under Shipping, enter the weight so that postage is calculated correctly.
  8. If the product comes in sizes or colours, add Variants.
  9. On the right, set the Status to Active and assign the product to a collection.
  10. Click Save.

The product is in your store straight away. If you would like us to check it or fine-tune it (texts, photos, SEO), send us a request.

Leave it to us

  1. In the panel, on the Overview, click the quick template Add a product (or Requests, New request).
  2. The template inserts a skeleton: Name, Price, Description, Collection or category, Photos. Fill it in.
  3. Attach the photos as files or paste a link (for example to Google Drive).
  4. Click Send request.

We add the product within 2 working days and let you know.

Several products at once

Send us a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) with the columns name, price, description, category, and the photos in a folder. We import them all at once. If you already have an export from another shop, send it to us as it is.

More templates

On the Overview there are also the templates Change a price, Start a sale, Change the banner, Add a discount code and Edit shipping or payment. Each one inserts into the request what we need to know from you.

You manage orders, customer payments and stock in Shopify. We make the changes to the store that you send us.
