We set up and manage your ads on Facebook and Instagram. You approve the ads and the budget, and we prepare them, launch them and keep fine-tuning them.
1. Choose a package
- Open Add-ons and find the Advertising section.
- Choose a monthly package: Ads Start, Ads Growth or Ads Pro. Each one says what it includes (the number of campaigns, ads per month and the budget cap). For an online shop, we recommend a package based on the number of products.
- The package is added to your subscription and is paid together with it. You can cancel it at any time, and it runs until the end of the paid month.
2. Budget
The budget for the ads themselves is not included in the package price. You can start from 5 € a day. In Add-ons you choose where it is paid from:
- My ad account (default): you pay the budget directly to Meta, the account stays yours and we have partner access to it.
- Klientera agency account: you pay the budget plus a 4 % fee in advance as credit. When the credit reaches zero, the ads stop.
3. What we need from you
Send us a request saying what you want to promote (a service, products, an offer), for whom (area, type of customer) and photos or video, if you have them. We prepare the ads and send them to you for approval before launch.
4. Results
The Ads section appears in the menu once you have an active package. At the top you choose the period, 7 days or 30 days, and you see spend, impressions, clicks, cost per click, enquiries and cost per enquiry, a chart by day and your best ads.
Until the ads are linked to the ad account, you will see We are connecting your ads. The first numbers appear the day after launch. The numbers come from Meta and may differ slightly from your ad account.
We do not guarantee ad results, but we show you exactly where the money went and what it brought. Send a change to the ads or the budget as a request.
