Your online shop runs on Shopify and is on your account. So that we can set it up and manage it, you add us as a collaborator. You never give us your password, and you can remove our access at any time.
1. Enter your store address
- In the panel, open My shop (or the Overview, Shopify card).
- Enter your store address, for example my-company.myshopify.com. In Shopify you will find it under Settings, in Domains.
- Save.
2. Find the collaborator code
- Sign in to Shopify as the store owner.
- At the bottom left, open Settings.
- Click Users.
- Under Security you will find the Collaborator request code. It has 4 digits.
If you cannot see the code, switch on the option that lets collaborators request access, and the code will appear.
3. Send it to us
- In the panel, click Send collaborator code (My shop) or create a new request of the type Shopify access.
- Enter the 4 digits and send.
4. Approve our request
We send you an access request from Shopify. It arrives by email from Shopify. Open it and approve the access. You will see exactly what we have access to.
What next
Once we have access, we prepare the store and send it to you for review, free of charge. You pay only after approval, see Approving the preview, the agreement and your first payment.
