Approving the preview, the agreement and your first payment

You pay only when you are happy with the preview. You conclude the agreement electronically in the panel: you tick a consent box, nothing to print or sign. Only the account owner can take this step.

1. Look at the preview

1. When the preview is ready, you receive the email Your website is ready for review.
2. Sign in to the panel. On the Overview, click Open preview. It opens in a new tab.
3. Go through it on your phone and on your computer.
4. If you want to change something, click I want changes and tell us. Changes before launch are included in the price.

Online shop: we send the link to the store preview in a request (the Requests menu). On the Overview you will see the card Your store is ready for review.

2. Approve it

1. On the Overview, click Approve and launch.
2. Confirm with the Yes, approve and continue to payment button.
3. On the Overview, the card Preview approved, only the payment is left appears with the Pay and launch the website button.

3. Accept the agreement

1. Click Pay and launch the website. The Agreement and Terms and Conditions box opens.
2. The links to the Service Agreement and the Terms and Conditions open in a new tab. You can read and save them.
3. Leave I am ordering for my business or activity selected. It applies to a company, a sole trader, and to you if you do not have a company ID yet (for example before registering as a sole trader, a freelancer, an association, a band).
4. Websites only: if you want the website exclusively for yourself, not for business or earning (a personal page, a wedding, a hobby), select I am ordering privately, not for business. You are then a consumer and tick two more consents: that you want to start straight away, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and that you are aware of this. For an online shop this option does not appear, because an online shop is used to sell goods.
5. Tick I agree to the Service Agreement and the Terms and Conditions.
6. Click I agree, continue to payment.

We send you a copy of the whole agreement by email straight away. You can also see when you accepted it and which version under Billing, in the Contract and terms card.

4. Pay the first month

1. The secure Stripe payment page opens. You pay by card, in the currency of your country.
2. If you are buying for a company, you can add your VAT ID there too. It is better to have it filled in beforehand in Settings, under Company and billing: then it appears on every invoice.
3. Pay. You return to the panel and see Thank you, your payment went through.

We send you the confirmation and the invoice by email. You can also find invoices under Billing.

5. What happens next

We launch your website within 24 hours and let you know by email. If you want your own domain, see Connecting a domain. The next payment is taken automatically a month later. There is no lock-in, you can cancel at any time.

Can't see the payment button? Only the account owner can start the payment, and only once the preview is ready. If you are a team member, ask the owner.
