This is how it works with us, from your first message to a website that is live and looked after by us. At each step you will find a link to a detailed guide.
1. Enquiry and creating your account
- After you send the form on our website, you receive a confirmation email. It contains a Create my account button.
- Click it. The link is valid for 14 days. If it has expired, reply to that email and we will send a new one.
- Enter your company name and a password (at least 8 characters), choose Website or Online shop and answer a few short questions (domain, logo).
- Click Create account. The panel signs you in straight away.
2. The waiting room
After you register, your account is in the waiting room. We review your request and get back to you by email within 24 hours on working days. In the meantime you can connect Telegram and write to us with Write a message. The other parts of the panel unlock once you are accepted.
When we accept you, you receive the email You are in, here is the next step with a button that takes you straight to the panel.
3. Materials
Website: the panel welcomes you with the Getting started guide (about 5 minutes). Step by step you fill in your company and business type, logo and photos, opening hours, website pages, Telegram, colleagues and domain. Only the company name and email are required, you can skip the rest and add it later. At the end, click Submit materials.
Online shop: under My shop you enter the address of your Shopify store and send us a collaborator code. The steps are in the guide Shopify access.
The Finish later button closes the guide. On the Overview you keep a list of the steps, and you can return to them with one click.
4. Preview
We prepare the preview free of charge. When it is ready, you receive the email Your website is ready for review and the Open preview button appears on the Overview. The preview is only for you, nobody else can see it.
If you want to change something, click I want changes and tell us what to adjust.
5. Approval, agreement and payment
When you are happy with the preview, click Approve and launch, accept the agreement and pay the first month by card. The details are in the guide Approval, agreement and payment.
6. Launch and domain
After payment we launch your website within 24 hours and let you know by email. You connect your own domain under Domain, the guide is Connecting a domain. Until the domain is connected, your website runs on our address.
7. Handover
After launch you receive the email Your website is live: please confirm handover and a Website handover card on the Overview. Have a look at your website and click Confirm handover, or Report objections and tell us what to fix. If you do not respond within 7 days, the website is considered accepted. You can still send us changes at any time afterwards.
8. Day-to-day running
- You send changes as requests in the panel, by email or on Telegram. We make an ordinary change within 2 working days.
- You pay monthly in advance by card. You will find invoices under Billing, see Invoices and card.
- You can cancel at any time, with no penalties: Cancellation.
